We are fortunate to have our Siberian kittens join families not only throughout the United States, but also in Europe. When possible, we prefer arranging delivery options that allow kittens to travel with a person rather than alone. Depending on the location, we may personally assist with delivery or coordinate with a trusted in-cabin pet nanny service to help make the trip as smooth and stress-free as possible. Travel details and arrangements are discussed individually with each family before pickup or delivery is finalized.
Pickup at our home
The simplest and most peaceful option. You meet us, the family, and your kitten in the environment they grew up in — and head home together.
In-cabin flight nanny
For families farther away, we coordinate an in-cabin flight nanny — a trusted professional who personally accompanies your kitten in the cabin (never cargo) and hand-delivers them to you at the destination airport.
White-glove delivery
For families who prefer it, we offer white-glove delivery — a fully managed, door-to-door handoff designed to keep your kitten calm, secure, and well cared for from the moment they leave our home until they're safely in yours.
Nationwide & international placement
The House of Neva kittens have joined families across the United States and Europe. Wherever you are, we'll talk through the safest and gentlest way to bring your kitten home.
International shipping
We are efficient in helping people who live in Europe bring a Siberian from The House of Neva into their family. We can arrange the micro chipping, rabies, and assist with the health certificate. We understand the process. We also invite detailed conversations regarding transportation and offer white glove and pet nanny services.
What we never do
- Cargo shipping. Not under any circumstance.
- Unaccompanied transport.
- Hand-offs to strangers without prior coordination and references.
Our stress-reduction philosophy
Because our kittens are raised in a loving home environment, we want their transition into their new home to feel safe and gentle. Travel, major environmental changes, and stressful situations can affect any kitten, so we work hard to minimize stress throughout the transition. Our goal is for your kitten to arrive healthy, relaxed, and ready to settle in with their new family.
Costs
Travel costs vary by distance and method, and are quoted transparently. However, all travel costs are the responsibility of the new owner.
